Position: Rural Consultant - Hamilton

Details: We are looking for a motivated person with excellent customer service skills to join our team of Rural Consultants in the Hamilton office. You will be primarily responsible for the retention of existing FMG customers within your assigned portfolio and generating ‘leads’ for other parts of the business as well as securing your own new business. This telephone based role requires a pro-active approach to reviewing customer portfolios and by partnering with our customers you will be providing timely risk management, product sales and service solutions.

To be successful you will enjoy learning and have a positive approach to life and work. You will be capable of applying policies and procedures to the mutual benefit of both FMG and our customers.

You will also need:

Experience in a customer service environment

The ability to give advice and information within a policy framework

Strong computer skills

Experience in insurance and/or sales oriented environments
