FMG and Farmlands Calving & Lambing Days Campaign – 2024 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out how to participate in the FMG and Farmlands Campaign 2024.

The organiser and promoter of the Campaign are FMG and Farmlands.

Eligibility

  1. To participate in the Campaign, you must fill out the form available at (enter webpage URL) with your name, phone number and email address
  2. The Campaign runs from 14 May 2024 to 9 July 2024
  3. All FMG’s employees & their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family is determined as a spouse, de facto partner, child or stepchild
  4. The Campaign is open to New Zealand residents only

Participating in the Competition

  1. Participation in the Campaign is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions
  2. Any participation which does not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified
  3. FMG accepts no responsibility for late entries or any other event causing disruption to the Campaign
  4. FMG can cancel the Campaign at any time
  5. You can only participate in this Campaign once.

Incentive Information

  1. The prize is a hamper from Giftbox Boutique to the value of $200.00. The hamper includes the below and will be delivered to the winner’s physical address:

  2. There will be ten winners, one from each calving day. The winner for each hamper will be drawn the day after the Calving/Lambing Day they attended, at FMG Palmerston North, 292 Church Street, Palmerston North 4410
  3. The hamper will be sent to the winner’s location based on a verbal arrangement with the winner
  4. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

Other

  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, FMG will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Campaign or the prize (including, but not limited to personal injury)
  2. FMG collects and holds entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this specific Campaign and will only use or disclose personal information in connection with this specific Campaign
  3. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access and correct any information held by FMG about you. Please contact contact@fmg.co.nz if you wish to do this.
