These terms and conditions set out how to participate in the Lint Bin and Fire Advice Survey Campaign June 2024.

The organiser of the Survey Campaign is FMG.

Eligibility

  1. All participants must be at least 16 years old.
  2. The Lint Bin & Fire Advice Survey Campaign commences on 12 June 2024 and finishes on 23 June 2024.
  3. All FMG’s employees and their immediate families, contractors, and FMG’s associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family is determined as a spouse, de facto partner, child, or stepchild.
  4. The Lint Bin & Fire Advice Survey Campaign is open to New Zealand residents only.

Participating in the Survey

  1. Participation in the Survey Campaign is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. To enter the Campaign and go in the draw, you must scan the QR code on the Lint Bin insert, complete the mandatory survey questions and fill out the entry form with relevant contact details.
  3. Any participation which does not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  4. By participating in the Campaign, you allow FMG to contact you for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, an interview, photographs, and publishing in FMG’s publications.
  5. FMG can cancel the Survey Campaign at any time.
  6. Each completed survey will count as one entry into the draw.

Prize Information

  1. The prize is a Fire Safety Burns Kit valued at approximately $150.
  2. The winner will be drawn at FMG Wellington office on 24 June 2024. Only one winner will be drawn.
  3. The winner will be contacted by phone. If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) business days of the draw a new winner will be drawn.
  4. The prize cannot be exchanged and is not redeemable for cash.

Storage and Consent

  1. FMG reserves the right to:
    1. store electronically any entries submitted to us.
    2. contact participants for feedback or promotional photos in any of its online (including FMG’s website, Facebook page and email) and print publications.

Other

  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, FMG will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Survey or the prize (including, but not limited to personal injury).
  2. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access and correct any information held by FMG about you. Please contact contact@fmg.co.nz if you wish to do this.
